A Brief History of Double L Ltd

Double L Ltd has been trading since 1975 undertaking all types of roofing refurbishment, roof renewal or roof repair works. This includes Asphalt Roofing Systems, Three Layer Felt Waterproofing Systems, Industrial Sheeting, Tiling and Slating Works, Polycarbonate & PVC Sheeting, Cement Sheeting and Rooflight installation.

We currently operate throughout the South East of England and London, being a preferred supplier to a number of Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Commercial Businesses throughout these areas. Our services cover a wide range of projects encompassing schools, libraries, sports facilities, hospitals, universities, office buildings, commercial premises and all types residential buildings.

Since 2004 Double L Ltd has expanded its operations to encompass a general builder division undertaking refurbishment works, construction and property development.

 

Location

Double L Limited are located at Yard 1 Imperial Park, Rawreth Lane, Rayleigh, Essex. This is a well sited and sought after location allowing access to all areas of the South East and London, most being within one hours travelling time. The main office is located a short distance from the junction of the main A130 and A127 trunk roads, permitting easy access to the A12 and M25/M11.

In 2005 the company redeveloped their existing premises at Imperial Park, building approximately 2500 sq. feet of new high specification offices, to allow for the continued expansion and development of the company.
